We dispatch your parcels within 1 to 3 working days
Delivery times: approximately 3-5 working days
Shipping is free when either of these applies to your order.
- Your order contains 5 or more charms. Only charms count towards this number, watches and bracelets do not.
- Your order total is more than €25, or the equivalent in your own currency. Watches and bracelets do count towards the order total.
If neither applies, a flat shipping fee is added to your order.

For all other currencies, the fee is the equivalent of €3.99 and is shown in your own currency. Your shipping cost is always displayed in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
